Pat was always available, regardless of the hour and went above and beyond the call of duty.  Pat was on vacation for 10 days out of the country, but was always responsive to any questions we had.  Who does that?  Not many people!  Without Pat and his dedication and work ethic we would not have been successful in finding our new home!  Through this experience my wife and I not only found a great Real Estate agent, but we also got a great new Friend!  Thank you Pat!!
