I would like to wish all of my subscribers, clients, friends and neighbors a very Happy 4th of July! I hope you all get to enjoy time with your friends and family. It will be busy here in Sandbridge with the Boat Parade and a professional Fireworks Display. Have a great 4th!
Pat Barton, our Sandbridge Beach real estate specialist, has lived here for the past 30 years. His family first came to Sandbridge in 1958, when his grandmother, Bunga Barton, purchased a home at the north end of the Beach.
